Sparkling apple cider made below the glacier, above the fjord, we call it the Norwegian champagne.
The traditions of Norwegian cider probably goes back to the Viking age. Some say the tradition started with munks rowing down the fjord and settled down during the 1200s.
The exceptional micro climate along the narrow fjords turned out to be ideal for apple cultivation. Today there are many award winning cider farms in the area, and we are ready to serve you our favorites.
